 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Highly recommend!! If you need a smoke alarm/detector serviced, battery changed, etc definitely call them. I had one start beeping that was way too high to reach and they came the same day and were extremely helpful. I will definitely call them again if I need any smoke alarm assistance.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Called Smoke Alarm Medic due to alarms going off while we were out of town. Mike, the owner who is a firefighter, answered right away and was super friendly and answered all of my questions. Ben, a retired firefighter,  was our technician and he was able to come and change out all of our EXTREMELY outdated smoke alarms while we were out of town. He was very professional and communicated with me through out the process. This is a local and family owned business that strives for excellent customer service and safety and it shows. I would and will recommend Smoke Alarm Medic a thousand times over. Thank you Mike and Ben for getting us up to date on our smoke alarms and for treating us like family.❤️

I had a smoke alarm going off Wednesday afternoon so I went online found this place sent an email then followed up with a phone call-spoke with a woman left my info. Screenshot of the call attached. Ben replaced all my smoke detectors which were 25+ years old. He was friendly, on time, and knowledgable. Highly recommend! Follow up a year later for maintenance and adding air filter service.
